I have been trying for days to get a room in Malahide.  Everything was full or I was not hearing back from my emails.  So this morning I decided to just call the Beechwood Country House.  At first they said they were full.  I mentioned I had heard about their place through your website.  Then he said, "Oh, yes, she was just here a few days ago.  Wait a minute, we may have a cancellation."  And I got a room! That was a night I really wanted to book as you said to book the last night before leaving.  So thanks again for your advice.  We leave this Saturday and I have been reading trip reports and they really give me a feel for our week but now I am just ready for our own adventure!!!  Jill
