6 of us will be arriving for a week holiday in Irland at the end of October.  We will stay the week at Killarney, use it as "home base"  and plan to travel around.  We will have a car.

Besides recommendations for any "must visit" sites around the area, we need recommendations for a B&B on route from Dublin Airport to Killarney.  We do not want to travel the whole disntance in one day... Same applies for the return trip from Killarney to Dublin.
Our wish is to find a friendly place, that can accommodate 3 couples at the same time, in a town or village that has some places of interest.
