Ireland of the Welcomes

I know that Ireland of the Welcomes has changed hands, but since that time I have been trying to order a subscription through their website.  Has anyone used this website recently?  I can't get anything to go through -- in fact, I was wondering if publishing was suspended for a bit during the transition. The site seems to be pretty sparse from what it once was.

Thanks

Same problem here. It lets me complete the form and then when I click submit, it goes to a dead link page. Perhaps they are still working out all of the kinks.

Sidz,

I have a subscription to IOW and recently renewed it by snail mail and check. In the past I tried to use the website to renew and was never successful either. Since the rates are going way up it might actually be beter to renew now with the past rate. That is assuming you got a renewal notice.

I didn't notice any interruption of service when the new company took over.

There is a toll-free number in the US that you can call to renew: 1-800-876-6336.

Thanks -- I might try to reach them some way to let them know that there are still problems on the site.  It has been messed up for months.  Sure they probably are aware of those issues, but to be sure might as well mention it.

Would rather do the subscription electronically, but that sounds like an option that is not possible right now.
