Breagagh View and Dunromin are okay. Although they did not make my "Quick Picks" list. Have you looked at Rosquill and Laragh House? Also Alcantra, Auburndale and Days Hotel.
Dunromin had some great reviews on Trip Advisor, although they don't open until April 1st. We did look at the Rosquill house, but unfortunately it's not on our list of b&b's to choose from. I don't know if we can go outside of the list provided without having to pay extra. It doesn't look like any of the b&b's that you listed are on our list. I'm wondering if we should still stay in Kilkenny.... there doesn't seem to be that many great b&b's that we can go to there.
We didn't have the best experience at Laragh House. It was very nice, clean, and kinda had a modern feel. But, the hospitality was lacking to say the least. The only time we saw our host was when she showed us to our room and when she took our money at check out, and even in those instances she was very curt and cold. No smile or pleasantries at all. She barely made eye contact.
The house was nice, but I'll go with Alcantra next time we visit kilkenny.
I had a look at places taking vouchers in and around Kilkenny. I see that Newlands Country House accepts them. I visited there several years ago and it was lovely. Since then it has been sold to new owners. I have not had an opportunity to visit since the sale. However it has very good reviews on Trip Advisor. It would seem from those comments that standards are being maintained. If you don't mind being about 5 miles from town in the country, you may want to give it a try. The drive in is pretty quick.
If I were going to choose one from your list it would probably be Breagagh View.
