Hello...has anyone traveling through Kenmare recently stayed at The Lodge? And if so, have you ever received any kind of communication from them electronically? Is a phone call the only way to get a response from them?
I ask because several weeks ago we booked - over the phone - multiple nights for September. We were asked to e-mail them to request a confirmation number, which I have done - multiple times - and have not received any type of response from them. Since we initially completed their online inquiry form and sent several e-mails with no response (thus, the phone call), I wondered if they just do not use e-mail??? Does this lack of communication reflect at all on the experience of staying at The Lodge? Or should I just relax and wait until a little closer to my trip to become concerned?
