After months of planning, our grand 10 day Ireland adventure is about to begin. Thanks to Michelle for the 10% savings at Smarmore Castle Hotel and all the great suggestions gleened from the forum. Quite frankly we're hoping for the best as far as the weather and car rental goes, but we're leaving prepared for just about anything, thanks to our new friends at IrelandYes.com.

Dublin, Waterford, Aglish (Co. Waterford), Cork, Cashel, Dingle, Ardee...here we come! Trip report to follow.

More heavy rain is forecast for this weekend in Ireland. But you don't go for a suntan! Bring your rain gear. Hope you have a great trip despite the weather. We will be looking forward to hearing all about it.
