A sad day for Irish music - Liam Clancy has died :(

Liam Clancy was the youngest member of the Clancy Brothers, and the only one still living.  The Clancy Brothers were one of the most important Irish bands for popularizing traditional Irish Music.

Please raise a pint to their memory today.

Thanks for the news flash. Sad news indeed. There was a documentary made recently about Liam's life called The Yellow Bittern: http://www.liamclancyfilm.com/ It might be of interest. May Liam RIP.
