Travelling from Sallins to Stephens Green

Hi there, I was just wondering does anyone know the easiest to travel from Sallins in Kildare to Stephens Green in Dublin on a weekday?

Any help much appreciated!

I assume you do not have a car? There is bus service from Sallins to Dublin: http://www.buseireann.ie/ My Transport page has links to more public transportation in Ireland.
