Hello and thanks to all who post such good information!  My friend will be in Sligo the first week of August and is looking for a guided tour, 1-3 days, of the area.  Does anyone know of a good resource for that?  Many thanks!

When your friend is in Ireland they should go to the tourist office if they need additional help. Sligo is a beautiful area that is often overlooked by tourists. Please tell her to have a wonderful time.

Thanks so much for the lead,  I will pass it on - talk about gilding the lily,  she is going for the Leonard Cohen concert!  My great grandmother is from Sligo,  I long to see it someday.
