What clothes should I get to Ireland?

My family and I are coming to Ireland next week and don't know what clothes to get?  Can you please help?  At the momemt the temperature in Malta is 33 degrees!

It is in the High teens at the moment and relatively dry try this web site (set to Birr as my local) and put in your area. It is reasonably accurate
