rain rain go away

i just looked at the weather for ireland, and it said rain for the next 10 days--- does it rain everyday in ireland -- and if so how long--------thanks--mike

Hi Mike,

I just returned from three weeks in Ireland--with a suntan!! The weather was fantastic with only about two days of rain. So to answer your questions: no it does not rain every day in Ireland and no one can predict how long it will rain. Much of Ireland's weather tends to be showery, which means it rains for a while and then clears up for a bit. But sometimes you can get long intervals of rain or clear weather. It all depends on the prevailing weather patterns. So please keep an eye on my weather page and click onto the satellite view to see where the rain really is in Ireland.
