I strongly suggest you subscribe to the newsletters of the various hotels you are interested in. I just received an offer from Dunboyne Castle Hotel 19.75 euro per night per person!! You can't get a hostel for that.

Brooks Hotel in Dublin is offering three nights for 150 euro per person total.

That is a god send means I can get across to Dublin and pick the Daughter up off the Ferry in August without having to drive all the way across and back in one day. 39.50 for me n Chris cant beat that 8 miles out.

I had already booked for the 23rd when I posted got in quick whilst it was there. I have a few Hotels over in the west on email subscription but nothing over by Dublin (till now), only problem is finding the time to match the offers.

I'm happy you got in on the special. Agree totally about having the time. But I figure if I can't get in on a deal at least someone else can. So I share the news here.

Would love to hear back on how the hotel is. I've not stayed there before.
