Michele you mentioned a ferry service

on the west coast that could save us some time on our day trips from Lahinch to the south western parts of Ireland and I can't find it on the postings. Could you give me the info again? Thanks

Shannon Ferries

Hello magmam,

You are thinking of Shannon Ferries that travel across the Shannon River from Killimer to Tarbert. See the their site for more info: www.shannonferries.com/ It will save you a lot of time when traveling south to Kerry. If you plan on using it a lot be sure to look at the bottom of the fare page for info on a 6 day pass.

Michele
