Arriving Dublin

Hi All,

Okay, another question. Probably won't be my last! ;) We are arriving in Dublin around 9:00 am and heading to Kilkenny. Can another recommend a place to stop for breakfast in case we sleep on the plane (I hope, I hope) and skip the airline breakfast?

Thanks, Vicki

Vicki,

Since you are arriving around 9 am by the time you get your luggage, car, etc. it will probably be around 10ish. That is a rather in between time for either breakfast or lunch and you may have problems finding a regular restaurant. However, you could stop maybe in Kildare and find a coffee shop. You could also stop at Yum Yum's cafe at the Irish National Stud. They serve snacks daily.

Many thanks, Michele. I do believe that a stop at the Yum Yum may be worth it -- got to see the National Stud. Ireland has everything! :eek

eliteshooter,

Good idea! You can see photos of the "studs" here: www.irish-national-stud.ie/ ;)
