Me too melissa. My wife still knows more than she admits too. Once, on Inisheer she carried on a conversation with a local man trying to sell her raffle tickets. I believe Rosetta Stone has an Irish language learning software program.
Rosetta is an excellent program but expensive. Pimsleur Irish is a really good program. You can play it in your car as it is on CD. They also have downloads from this site, if you have a MP3 player. I picked up my Audio Cds at Barnes and Noble.

Roy is 'Spot On'. John Spillane is from Cork City. The wife of one of my FIL's First Cousins was his Kindergarten teacher.
John Spillane hosts a program on Irish Language Radio! In addition to his significant solo career, John partners with Loius de Paor (Loius The Poet) in The Gaelic Hit Factory, which has produced (amongst others) the CDs that Roy mentioned.
John has won AT LEAST two Meteor Awards (the Irish equivilent of a Grammy). I've seen him live at De Barra's in Clonakilty and at a benefit for the Passionfruit Theatre, in Athlone.
An OLD Trip Report of mine that details my first meeting with John:
