Boy, isn't that the truth? It is so hard to interview their reps for a podcast, because all of their stuff is so canned! When you just sit and talk to them, they will sometimes talk like "normal" people, but then you turn on the microphone, and it becomes the same spiel you've heard a hundred times before... LOL
