It depends. Who are you renting from? Are you renting online or on the phone? Does your credit card have a foreign transaction fee?

The reason I asked is that each company is different. If using Dooley this is what I do. Go to website: http://www.dandooley.com/  Get 10% discount with code: dochara. Get your online quote in dollars. Have the quote emailed to yourself. It is good for 7 days.

When you get a price you like phone the Dooley office (# on website). Give them the booking # from your email quote. When you book on the phone they may be able to lower the price even more or give you a free upgrade or even waive some fees. Tell them that I highly recommended you call them.

They can email you the confirmation and will also send it to you in the mail. So be sure to book at least a week or so in advance so you have time to get the paperwork.
