Michele, When I'm ready to book should I call them directly and speak with a manager to request such a deal?

The Park is just one of a number of good Hotels in Galway centre. I would send one email to a selection asking what deals they can offer for your stay. sending one email will show that you are contacting others in the address bar. Just see what comes back.

Michele, Hmm. i must not have saved my previous response to you...(hopefully, this doesn't come up as a dup). I think that's a great idea to see if they can extend me some type of special offers. Other than a manager do you have any recommendation of whom I should ask to speak with?

Maggie,

I like Tony's idea a lot. Then they will see that you are shopping around for a hotel and rates. Also try Forster Court Hotel. When you go to the websites click on "Special Offers". Also sign up for their newsletters. They will send you specials.
