Dooley's Car Rental

I am attempting to rent a car from Dooley's for 35 days while in Ireland next May.  The cost is $580 according to their calculation.  However, nowhere is insurance mentioned as either included or required.  No option to purchase insurance is offered.  I know that insurance is necessary, but am confused about the omission.  Any help on this is appreciated.  JohnT

If you're in the US, I'd suggest contacting Attracta Lyndon at dooley@monmouth.com - she will answer your questions about insurance with Dooley.

John,

Corey is right. Either Attracta or Noreen will be able to answer your questions. Which Dooley website are your using? I use this one: http://www.dandooley.com/

If you get a quote there on the drop down menus you fill in you will see "Decline CDW". If you want that insurance it should be set to "No". Just to the right of that it says "Excess Waiver". If you want that insurance set it to "yes".

Input your requirements. Click "Submit". The next page will list the insurances you have chosen on the gray bar above the quotes.

If you have questions call them.
