There are many people who like to cover a large area with as few moves as possible..My preference is to mix and match one and two night stays..
I am not sure that Kinsale is special enough for 2 nights and would take a night from there and split the trip down from Dublin, Kilkenny is a good option.
If you plan on seeing a lump of the national park and Killarney I would pinch that night from Dingle, stay in Killarney rather than push on.
Getting from Dingle to Galway seeing Adare, Bunratty, Cliffs of Moher is a full day, doing a Connemara loop or Aran Isles tour on the mid day are both options.
Howth or an Airport hotel with a shuttle makes more sense than staying in the city if you have an early departure,.
