What I have in mind in an all inclusive cottage facility  or hotel with lots of fun outdoor and indoor actitivies for all of us. 2 kids ages 6-11

I have an Ireland travel guide by Amy Corzine, she recommends several places. It's called: Ireland-take the kids. Good luck.

Laura,

Generally there are no Disney type parks in Ireland that provide accommodations and a fun park. You can rent a cottage that might have a children's play area (swings, slides, etc.) but it would not be anything extensive or "themed". There are "fun parks" all over Ireland. You will have to narrow down your area though. There are also hotels that have swiming pools, beaches, spas, etc. Maybe if you tell me a bit more about exactly what sorts of facilities you are thinking of, I can help further.

Just to clarify.... What was in the book were hotels that provide sitters and programs for children. They are very pricey for the most part.
