B&Bs and hotels for our trip almost set

OK, here is our itinerary(at least as far as sleeping is concerned).  I would greatly appreciate any comments on any of the below:

Arrival in Shannon Airport, June 24th

I've reserved 4 nights in Ennis at the Stone Haven B&B ($44pp a night)

I've reserved 4 nights outside Killarney (Caherbarnagh, Rathmore) at a B&B called Molly's (looks like an old stone farmhouse -- this is our 'rustic' B&B choice.($47pp a night)

I've reserved 3 nights in Kilkenny at Alcantra ($48pp a night)

For Dublin, I would LIKE to reserve O'Neills for the 3 nights we are there.  We plan on arriving on July 5th, and leaving the afternoon of the 8th, heading back to Shannon for a final night there before our flight back.  They have everything I was looking for in a place -- centrally located yet not too noisy, affordable, breakfast included, three single beds in their triple, recommended by a local I know.  However, every time I try to book it says that I can't just stay Friday night -- I have to stay Saturday night too :(  Any suggestions?  I've emailed them in inquiry, but haven't heard back yet...

You'll have to let me know how Stonehaven works out for you.  We will be staying there our last night in July.

If O'Neills doesn't work out...we are staying at The Aston Hotel.  It is centrally located, affordable, and has good reviews on tripadvisor.com.  Obviously, I have not had a first hand experience with it yet.  But, here's hopin'.

O'Neill's just emailed me back and said there was no problem having us just the three nights I wanted, so I'm going with it :)

I'll be sure to post my trip report quickly when I'm done!  However, I won't be back until July 9th, so hopefully you don't leave until then?

Green Dragon,

Your itinerary looks just right. I think you will have a great time in Ireland. Like Shawn I am looking forward to hearing what you think about Stonehaven. Glad to hear all your reservations are in order.
