Congrats on the newest trip.  We LOVED introducing our children to Ireland -- It made for some special memories.

I'm a little confused, though -- confuse  confuse  confuse

Flying into Shannon and then two nights in Doolin -- Why / How does the Shannon Ferry fit in??

Did you, perhaps, mean DINGLE?

Have a great trip! smile

Bob and I on the same wave length. Why are you taking the Tarbert Ferry if you are doing Doolin, Galway, and Westport?  Just go straight to Doolin from Shannon.  Or am I missing something?

Best regards,

Geno

Sounds like fun bringing your big kids to Ireland even if you only have 6 days. Sure is better than nothing. Have you contacted Castle Matrix to see if it is open? Corey posted about it on Ireland Travel Kit and it was not open. Since you are headed south first it makes sense to take the ferry. If it is a nice day I will recommend Loop Head.

Have a fun and safe trip. Would love to hear how it goes when you get back. biggrin

Makes much more sense with the details!  biggrin

We really enjoyed the drive along the Shannon, from Foynes to Tarbert, through Glin, as well as the coast of Clare.

Have a GREAT trip!  biggrin   biggrin
