Is it possible to leave Galway around 9AM, visit Kinvara and Duguaire Castle, see the Cliffs of Moher and drive to Loop Head and still make it to Ennis by 4 PM?
You don't know till you ask. Knowing how this would be will help me decide whether to reserve at the early seating of the Bunratty banquet.
I think if the weather is nice I would rather miss the banquet than Loop Head. As you may recall, if the weather is fine on the day we travel up to Galway, we may do Loop Head and the Cliffs then instead, and of course that would solve the problem, but by then, it would probably be too late to book the banquet. Any advice?
It is possible to do all that if you don't linger for a long time at each place. However, Ireland is all about lingering and enjoying the moment rather than trying to keep to a schedule. If you have fantastic weather Loop Head would be just the place for a leisurely picnic. Plus you must stop at the Bridges of Ross for a walk across the sea arch and will most likely be stopping every few feet for photos. Perhaps the later banquet will better fit into your day.
