"Hidden" places in the South East of Ireland?

Visiting the south east of Ireland at the moment (Wexford, Kilkenny & maybe Waterford). Looking for local scenic areas that you don't typically find in the brochure books. I visited Curracloe and it was lovely (the forest trail was great) and I also visited Edenvale, which I found by chance.

Do you have any more recommendations that are similar to the two places I listed above?

If you select the county, you can preview the various locations to determine what is of interest. There are also 'Groupings' by TYPE -- Early Christian, Megaliths, High Crosses, Fortifications, etcetera . . .

Welcome to the forum. It is always a good idea to ask locals for info when in Ireland. You will find really off-beat places if you do. Here are some things to look at while planning.

Woodstock Gardens & Inishtioge

Castlecomber Discovery Park

Kilfane Glen

Dunmore Cave

Jerpoint Park
