As answered elsewhere http://www.independent.ie/life/travel/ireland/irelands-30-best-beaches-31378849.html might be a starting point. That photo is  Cullenamore Sligo but it could equally have been Courtown Wexford as they are both seal rescue release sites.

Welcome to the forum. If you give us some info about where you will be traveling in Ireland we can recommend some beaches along your route. With a coastline of about 2,000 miles there are many, many choices.

This are the beaches I visited on my way from Dingle to Mizen Head

Inch Beach   Dingle peninsula

Rossbeigh Beach  near Glenbeigh Iveragh peninsula

Ballinskelligs Beach  in Ballinskelligs Iveragh peninsula

Derrynane Beach  near Caherdaniel Iveragh oeninsula

Barley Cove Beach near Goleen/Crookhaven Mizen Head

As Michele said, there's no shortage of beautiful beaches in Ireland. It just depends where you will be traveling.
