I haven't been to the festival but it sounds like fun. Glengarriff is a nice little town. If you decide to attend you should make lodging reservations as soon as your plans are firmed up.
Just a thought but the website seems to have the dates for 2015. Have you been in touch to be certain of the 2016 schedule?
Like all good Irish festivals the line up will be finalised a week or on a good day two weeks before the event. These small festivals are generally organised by local enthusiasts and more effort goes into the organising and planning than publicity.
Personally I tend to stick to the sessions trails which might not be sorted until the day before the festival starts and there tend to be a few impromptu sessions sneak in to the mix as well.
Glengarriff is a good touring base and you will find lots of things to fill your time when there are gaps or things that don't especially draw your interest.

so far they have booked Dervish, Connla, Bonnyman and Davey Spillane. I know there have been cutbacks in funding this year for these festivals but this is one that survived.
