Hotel shuttle

This situation has never come up before and Internet/archive searches have not answered my question, which is about tipping hotel shuttle drivers. Here it's pretty common. We usually take off shortly after landing, but will be spending two days in Dublin before picking up a rental car and will be using the hotel shuttle. So, what's the opinion on tipping hotel shuttle drivers?

It is not necessary...but they won't turn a tip down!

Thought so much! It's just not ever listed on the tipping list.

Depends if they help you with baggage give you service you wouldn't expect, if so a couple of euro, small change.
For typical Dublin bus attitude, saying thanks as you get off.
