Hi Michele, I'm anxiously awaiting for your new book to arrive.  I hope you received my money order okay.  I just wondered when the exact release date of it is, so I can know around when to expect it.  Thanks!  Keep up the good work!

I have indeed received your book order and it will be going out to you very shortly. I will make an announcement here when it ships. I will also let everyone who has pre-ordered the 2006 book know via email (if I have their email address). That way they can be expecting it.
