Do you know if you must pay the 13 euro charge if you just want to visit the mini cathedral at Kylemore? I've been before and don't think the charge is worth it for the house interior and gardens a second time. I would of course be happy to donate a smaller amount at the church and shop at the store.
I have said many times that if Kylmore reduced its entrance even to a round 10 quite a few of those who make the car park might also make it through the gate. My great Grand Uncle was a mason on the Gothic Church, being taken over by WH after his work on the restoration of All Saints Church in Youlgrave.
