Does Ireland have them? And are they at every gas station or at certain areas in case my phone dies? 

Just worried about having another means of communication. Especially if i need to call my Dad, or rental company

should something happen to car. And how quick are car rental places to respond if something happens and you become 

stranded somewhere on the highway or back roads somewhere? Which ones are the best at responding to that? Thank you.
