We will stop in Kilkenny and tour Simthwicks when we leave Dublin on our way to Killarney. . I was wondering while in Doolin, Killarney, or Kinsale if there is a distillery you might recommend. ? I see the Jameson experience in Middleton just about an hour from Kinsale- any others you have heard good things about.? We love to try Irish whiskeys. So far Yellow Spot is our favorite.
It would be possible to go to Tullamore instead of Kilkenny, but I was looking forward to seeing the town of Kilkennyeven though Intealize Smithwicks is a brewery we love their brew.
