We are officially going.  Everything is booked for our trip in June.  We are leaving NC on June 21 and returning on June 30.  Can not wait.  We are starting in Dublin (1 day), then to Waterford (1 day), to Cork (1 day), Killarney (1 Day), Galway (2 days), back to dublin (1 day).  We are counting down the days (68 to be exact).


We will be visiting a good friend that lives north of Galway and will have a few pints with him and his wife and kids (root beer for them).  He will be glad to see some American friends for a change.


I know we wont be able to sleep as the days get closer.

Great news that your trip is all booked. Now you can sit back and look forward to everything. Many others on the forum have their trips all set too and just can't wait. You will be leaving on the first day of summer and will have long daylight hours in Ireland. Your friends must also be looking forward to your visit.

I will post a trip report.  I know it will be long.  I am sure I will have more questions as the date gets closer.  My wife will have most of them.  THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE HELPED UP NOW. 


For those of you who do not have Michele's book, you do not know what you are missing.  It is a wonderful and helpful tool.
