SimPhone

Does anyone have experience using SimPhone on a trip around Ireland?  They are apparently connected to MyIrishCousin car rental but I can't find any reviews or even mention of the company when I search via Google.  (And - a eSim is NOT a possibility; not compatible with my phone.)

Sorry that it has taken so long to respond, but I am currently waiting for a response from MyIrishCousin.

They advertise a "SIM Only" option, but there isn't a link visible to actually PURCHASE one -- it instead directs you to rent a phone, at 8 Euro per day.  According to their FAQs, the offered phone, or SIM uses the Vodaphone network, which is substantial and fairly universal everywhere on the island -- both in the Republic and in Northern Ireland.

A viable alternative would be to purchase a local SIM after arriving.  '3' Mobile, Tesco, Vodaphone and EIR are the 'Major "Players" and they are all competitively priced.
