First i want to thank you so much for all your advice, the trip was excellent. I was going to report sooner but something else came up. I want to share my experience: I went with my mom on july 26, our first trouble started in JFK, the itinerary was Delta airlines from LAX to JFK, from there we had to connect w/ Airlingus to Shannon, we supposed to arrive at JFK at 8:40pm, the next flight was leaving 10;00pm. we had to pick our luggage and go from terminal 2 to terminal 5, first our flight was like 30min late. to make a long story short, we naver made it, it was very frustrated, When we finally made it to terminal 5 everybody was gone, delta said that they had no bussiness with airlingus because of that whe had to pick our luggage at JFK, everyone told me that even if our flight would of being on time, it was not enough time to pick up luggage, the terminals at JFK Are so far away that that we wouldnt had enough time to connect. American Exppress made all the trip for us. My biggest mistake didint take my cell phone with me. i inmediatley start calling Am Ex, from a pay phone, i was on hold for hours got desconected so many times. it was midnight without getting a hold of anyone. finally had no choice but to find a room for the night, we got a hottel at the aiport where they picked us up for $159. at crown Plaza Hotel.

I'm glad that the forum helped with your trip. I appreciate your taking the time to start on your trip report. It sounds like it got off to a rocky start.
