Wedding blessing ceremony

Hi! I'm new here and trying to plan a wedding blessing ceremony and reception in Ireland for May/June 2007. We are from the US with about 20-30 people and so any information would be great.

We would like to stay in or around Doolin and get married near there (preferably at the Cliffs of Moher). How do we go about arranging for someone to perform a blessing at the Cliffs?

Also, any recommendations for a reception site? We just want something casual but nice.

Thank you!

Diana,

Welcome to the forum. Excuse my ignorance, but can you elaborate on what a wedding blessing ceremony is? Will you already be married but just need an additional something extra? Who would perform such a ceremony? A priest, minister, pastor, notary, druid?

What do you need for your reception? A restaurant? A ballroom? A hotel? A castle?

There are several wedding planners in Ireland who have websites. If you need to arrange many things like flowers, food, transportation, etc. you might want to do a Google search to find them.
