Phoning from Ireland and daylight

WE are heading to Ireland on Sept 29 for 9 days.

What is the cheapest way to call back to the US while there ?

Does anyone know what time it gets light and dark in early October ?

Thanks !

IrishBob,

Buy a calling card in Ireland. They sell them in the airport shops. Get the kind with a toll-free number and a PIN number that you scratch off on the back. If you make your calls in the evening the rates will be lower.

Sunrise: 7:24 am. Sunset: 7:02 pm. This is for the east coast.

Wow, that 11:00 pm sunset retreats pretty quickly after the summer months...

Shawn,

You should see what it is like in November!
